I recently started a gut supplement that has helped me loads. It has helped me sleep and be able to eat again. At Terra Madre or Wild Things, they actually have Naturopaths who work the supplement counter. Which is incredibly helpful.

Ohhhh JAZ!! This practice is absolutely magical. I feel so connected to my center in the most beautiful and liquid way possible.

Wow I love this question so much. And I am so grateful that you have asked this! I think that you make a wonderful link between appreciate and kindness. I feel like this is the essence of the Lakshmi energy. When she feels appreciated, she blesses the earth with abundance. And when she feels neglected, the earth turns sour. I think, from a therapy perspective, it's easier to be kind when there is resource and a sense of being seen. My questions is this- what helps you feel more grounded and present? What gives you a sense of resource and relaxing in your body? And when you feel those things, does it allow you to feel more kindness?

Day 2 - Soothing the Skin Isn't it beautiful that a baby connects to its mother through skin to skin contact? This is what allows a baby to regulate its nervous system. And what helps us with social connection for the rest of our lives. Let us know how you went with the skin practice!

Day 1 - Softening Meditation with Emy I find that I hold so much tension in my body without even knowing it. Does anyone else relate with me as well? I found that through this meditation, I was able to deeply let go and soften. It allowed me to breathe more fully. And feel full and soft in relationship to life. What did you feel and experience?
