During yoga nidra we move through the esoteric layers of the body to connect to the essence of ourselves. The practice of nidra helps you to let go, and see that emotions and ideas are impermanent, and can change quickly. It also trains the mind, helping us to advance in our practice of the 8 limbs of yoga. Bypass your logical mind and go deep within!
